Their flagship product, the Aiimi Insight Engine, helps companies leverage data for insights and decision-making. The services division deploys expert teams in data engineering, data science, software development, and more to client projects.
Partnering with clients such as Gov UK, PWC, Anglian Water, The Food Standards Agency and Southwest Water, Aiimi are leading experts across the national utilities field.
The Challenge
Back in 2022, Aiimi planned for significant headcount growth and investment, as interest in data and AI solutions grew. Their head of Talent Acquisition was responsible for tripling their permanent headcount over a 2-year period. As Aiimi expanded, they faced challenges in recruiting skilled professionals quickly and efficiently. To support all their customers, they also needed freelancer experts to deliver on challenging briefs.
