Their head of Talent Acquisition was responsible for tripling their permanent headcount over a 2-year period. As Aiimi expanded, they faced challenges in recruiting skilled professionals quickly and efficiently. To support all their customers, they also needed freelancer experts to deliver on challenging briefs. This is where our partnership was formed. Montash became the tech partner of choice for local and nearshore freelance resources. In applying this solution to Aiimi’s brief, Montash were able to expertly match their pre-vetted professionals to deliver results and target any niche requirements. In utilising specific information handed down from the client: the interview process, rates, start dates and locations, Montash were able to expedite the process. But a successful selection cannot succeed without ensured employee retention.Montash’s relationship with the contractor does not end when placed.
