Reducing our pollution
Montash are a low impact business. We are committed to reducing our pollution, GHG emissions, promoting sustainable resource usage and providing a safe and healthy work through setting near and long-term goals.
Sustainable offices
Montash have made a conscious effort to shift towards creating more sustainable offices. Our London office operates solely on 100% renewable electricity and where possible, we work closely with Property Management to understand and optimise sustainable practices.
In addition, our co-working space in Germany allows us to be more energy efficient through sharing with other organisations, utilising less material and minimising waste generation. Contora, uses green electricity and Theresienhof is a "Green Building" with "DGNB Silver" certification.
Reduce, reuse and recycle!
Montash participates in reduce, reuse and recycle programmes, adhering to responsible waste disposal.
Our office waste goes to an energy-from-waste facility, where LondonEnergy generate electricity for the national grid – enough to power 80,000 homes/businesses. We also seek to minimise the single use plastics throughout the office, providing all staff with reusable bottles.
We have partnered with a local technology recycle programme to cut back on decommissioning of office hardware, such as laptops, monitors and keyboards.
Our printing paper is made from 100% re-cycled papers and biomass steam, making it both Blue Angel and Ecolabel certified.
Our Initiatives
Montash encourages all employees to take advantage of our Cycle to Work Scheme, enabling a healthier and greener way to commute.
We are proud partners of Trees For The Future allowing us to give back to the environment. Trees For the Future (TREES) trains communities on sustainable land use —so that they can build vibrant regional economies, thriving food systems, and a healthier planet.

In addition to this, Montash champion other green initiatives: clothes, battery, paper and waste recycling points and book swaps.
